Effective March 1, 2011, the Board of Directors adopted the Memorial Contribution Policy to assure that all employees are aware that MountainHeart values employees as individuals and supports family values. MountainHeart will honor the deceased family member by sending a floral arrangement, making a cash donation to a named charity or organization, or making a contribution to help defray the cost of final services or medical expenses.

MountainHeart Employees are now eligible for a corporate rate of $20 per month for a year at L.A. East
Fitness Center in Beckley if 10 people or more join. This also applies to family members who would be
an additional $20 per month.
